Larisa Goldin founded Dreamclinic after graduating from Brenneke School of Massage in 2002. She holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a BA in English from the University of Chicago. Before starting Dreamclinic, Larisa held a number of senior-level management positions in the high-tech industry. A fan of massage because "it is such an essential tool for treating stress and many musculoskeletal conditions," she specializes in Injury Treatment and Deep Tissue massage. Larisa also practices Reiki, an increasingly popular form of energy work.

 

Alicia W.Alicia W. graduated from Ashmead College in 2006 with honors. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, sports, Therapeutic Touch, trigger point, pregnancy, and Swedish massage. Alicia gives a well-balanced massage: deep and therapeutic yet also relaxing and tailored for each client's individual needs. She says that massage has given her the chance to help people live their lives to the fullest. She enjoys observing the drastic improvements a body can go through with the aid of massage. 

  

Amalia M. graduated from the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy in 2004 and specializes in Deep Tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy, and trigger point work. She became a massage therapist after discovering massage was a great way to manage her own chronic pain. Amalia is known for her use of effective pressure and employs a wide range of bodywork modalities. She especially enjoys detailed neck and TMJ work.

   

Ashley S. graduated from Montana School of Massage in 2004 and finds her most rewarding massage styles to be Deep Tissue, Injury Treatment work, Pregnancy, and Thai massage. Ashley is nationally certified in both pre- and post-natal massage. She also traveled to Thailand in the spring of 2006 to study Thai massage.

  

 Brian E. was first exposed to massage therapy while trying to rehab injuries sustained as a mountain guide and climber. Brian trained at the Swedish Institute in New York City where he also studied Exercise Physiology and Personal Training. He is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer in addition to an LMP. Brian practices Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial Release, and Sports massage, as well as Shiatsu and Thai. He spent five weeks in Thailand studying Thai massage in 2008.

 

Carlie W. graduated from Ashmead College in 2005 and feels she has "found her calling." She specializes in Deep Tissue, Treatment, Sports, and Pregnancy massage. She approaches each massage with the intention of relieving pain, improving mobility and restoring balance. Carlie especially enjoys detailed work on the neck, arms, and hips. She says her clients can expect to see real results as well as experience a deep sense of relaxation and renewal.

 

Chris W. attributes a great deal of healing in his past to massage. Those positive experiences prompted him to attend California’s Heartwood Institute, where he graduated in 2003. He practices Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Swedish, Sports massage, and Reflexology. Chris approaches each client with the intention of addressing their individual needs with techniques that best suit their body.

 

Daniel C.Daniel C. graduated from Bellevue Massage School in 2007 and is currently enrolled in the Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine program at Bastyr University (graduation December 2009!). He specializes in Deep Tissue and Tui Na massage, incorporating elements of Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Acupressure, Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release to provide a complete pain and stress relief experience. Daniel believes the highest compliment he can hear from his client is "I feel better."
 

Drew R.Drew R. graduated from the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing in Culver City, CA in 2003 where, in addition to massage therapy, he studied proper body mechanics through the use of tai-chi. He later graduated from Full Circle School of Massage in Edwards, CO in 2005. Drew specializes in Deep Tissue, Sports, circulatory, and Pregnancy massage. He also practices a non-invasive Trigger Point method called Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique. He draws upon his varied work in a Pilates studio, chiropractic office, spa and clinic settings to offer clients a tailor-made experience.

 

Elizabeth P.Elizabeth P. graduated from Brian Utting School of Massage in 2005. She has taken workshops in eight different modalities, including extensive studies in Thai Yoga Massage, and is a member of Thai Healing Alliance International. She also enjoys working with pregnant women especially since becoming a mother herself, and finds the use of muscle energy technique in her Deep Tissue and Thai sessions to be very effective in increasing mobility and relaxation. She specializes in giving a luxurious hot stone massage thanks to her experience at the Spa at Salish Lodge.

 

Esther U.Esther U. graduated from Heritage College in Denver, CO in 2004 with her AOS degree and national certification in massage therapy. She has worked as a massage therapist at the Spa at Ritz Carlton in Bachelor Gulch, in medical offices, and physical therapy clinics. Esther specializes in Deep Tissue, Injury Treatment work, and Sports massage. She is excited to work with such a body savvy community and believes in providing knowledgeable insight, empathy, and effective bodywork.

  

Haakon L. graduated from Seattle's Brenneke School of Massage in 2003. His specialty is combining Sports massage, Deep Tissue, and relaxation techniques into a customized session for each of his clients. Haakon also specializes in Pre- and Post-natal massage.

 

  

 

 

Jenifer F. graduated from Brenneke Massage School  in 2005 and has become a treatment specialist, focusing on pain management for chronic conditions, surgery and injury recovery. Being the mother of a child with a chronic health condition fostered an intense desire to learn everything possible about natural forms of healing. Her approach involves Structural Integration methodology for assessment, and her favorite modalities include Trigger Point Technique, Myofascial Release, and Neuromuscular Therapy.

 

Melissa H. is a 2002 graduate of Brenneke School of Massage and, after five years in private practice, is pleased to be able to offer her skills at Dreamclinic. Melissa says, “The atmosphere here does a lot to foster my continual improvement as a therapist. I like that!” She specializes in Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Hot Stone, Swedish, Sports massage, and Reiki. Melissa makes every effort to tailor your massage experience, bringing you a balanced, relaxing, and therapeutic massage.

  

Michele T. graduated from Brenneke School of Massage in 2005 and holds a BA in Psychology from the State University of New York - Albany. It was an interest in the connections between mind/body/spirit and her personal experiences with therapeutic massage that attracted Michele to the massage profession. She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Injury Treatment, and Reiki.

 

Mollie B.Mollie B. graduated from Ashmead College in 2005 with honors and completed an internship in Sports Massage. She specializes in neck and whiplash treatment as well as Rieki and other types of energy therapy. Mollie says that massage therapy is a great career choice since she loves working with people and helping them heal. She enjoys working with Dreamclinic clients because they are very health oriented and understand that massage therapy is more than just a relaxing hour; it’s an important part of their health care regimen.

  

Nicole Barthel

Nicole B. graduated from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies in Sydney, Australia in 2004. She feels just as drawn to Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release work as she does to Craniosacral therapy and likes to combine a variety of techniques during her massage. Nicole has been studying Craniosacral therapy for the past 3 years and is available for strictly craniosacral sessions upon request.
 

Pine C. has been practicing massage since 1995. She graduated from Brian Utting School of Massage and has enjoyed offering Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Craniosacral Therapy ever since. Pine is also a long-time yoga practitioner. She is fascinated by the ability to change one’s body through focused, intentional activity and enjoys assisting people in that process through massage.  

 

Renee L. started her career in massage graduating from the Florida School of Massage in 2005 after years of working in molecular biology, wildlife biology, and volunteering as an EMT. She now specializes in Deep Tissue, Sports, Swedish, Pregnancy, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Relaxation, Reiki and Thai Massage. Renee feels fortunate to have studied Thai Massage with Pichest Boonthume in Thailand. Before moving to Seattle, she worked in spas and private practice in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. She is very excited to continue her work with Seattle's active population. Renee tailors each session to her clients' needs to help them feel their best and achieve their goals.

 

Tim M.Timothy M. began to pursue bodywork as an adjunct career to his summer work as a fly fishing guide in the Katmai region of Alaska. After graduating from the Baltimore School of Massage in 2003 he spent 3 months in Thailand studying Thai Massage and experiencing the Buddhist/beach culture. One winter of working in Vail, Colorado at Aria Spa and he realized that pain management, holistic health care and the study of the intricate human body were aspects of therapy he wanted to pursue further. In 2006, he enrolled in the Acupuncture program at Bastyr University in Seattle and graduated in June of 2009. Tim uses Deep Tissue, Swedish, Thai massage, Tui Na, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Acupressure and facilitated breathing in most of his massage work.
