Acupuncture, with a history of more than 3,000 years, is based on the belief that a certain life-force energy (“chi”) flows throughout your body along energy pathways called meridians. When the flow of chi becomes blocked or unbalanced at any point on a pathway this is what leads to illness.

About Timothy Miller, LAc.
Dreamclinic Acupuncturist, Timothy Miller, has completed the Acupuncture Program at Bastyr University in Seattle. 
His training in acupuncture also included scientific research in a medical setting at the renowned Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Maryland. Timothy practices both massage and acupuncture at Dreamclinic as well as serving as a co-instructor of anatomy at Bastyr University. Timothy’s focus is on helping to facilitate the body’s own intrinsic healing mechanisms and he is honored to help as many people as possible to better their well-being through massage therapy and acupuncture.
About Daniel Cook, LAc.
Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist Daniel Cook graduated from Bastyr University’s Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine program .jpg)
in 2009, choosing to specialize in musculoskeletal disorders as well as common diseases (colds, GI disturbances, insomnia, etc). His clinical education included a month spent in the Chinese Herbal Medicine clinics at Shu Guang and Yue Yang hospitals in Shanghai, China in addition to the multiple clinical experiences around Seattle via Bastyr’s partnered programs. Daniel enjoys combining his skills to create the most effective healing possible for his patients.
When it comes to massage, Seattle leads the way among U.S. cities in terms of the popularity of therapeutic massage and the level of knowledge among Seattle residents about the health benefits of massage.
