This All Levels Yoga class is designed to develop strength, flexibility, postural alignment, and balance. Students will practice a wide range of seated and standing yoga poses, flow, sun salutations, inversions, balance poses, and core strength conditioning exercises. It will also include breath work and meditation in creating a sense of wellbeing. The class is best suited for beginner and intermediate students with at least 6 months or more experience. Poses will be modified to meet individual ability and needs.

Instructor bio:
Candi Foon, M.S. Management (Antioch University Seattle) — Certified Yoga Teacher, Watsu & Reiki Practitioner, Health & Wellness Coach, Founding Consultant of Integral Wellness Services. Practicing BKS Iyengar Yoga since 1996, with a spiritual practice of over 30 years. Over 1350+ hours professional training that includes two yoga teacher training certificates, as well as certificates of completion in first and second Degree Reiki, Zen Shiatsu, Meridians, Somatic Unwinding, Watsu, Integrative Mind, Body Spirit Practices, Physical Fitness, Music and Movement, and Leadership Development.
When it comes to massage, Seattle leads the way among U.S. cities in terms of the popularity of therapeutic massage and the level of knowledge among Seattle residents about the health benefits of massage. Seattle massage schools are also regarded as among the best in the country, graduating massage therapists that are able to skillfully combine both the relaxation and the treatment aspects of massage.
